What if my item arrives damaged?
- Upon delivery, inspect the packaging for any visible damage. If you notice any, including damage to the box, note it when signing for delivery.
- If you cannot check the contents immediately but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
- If your item arrives damaged, send photos to support@humblehomesandoutdoors.store, and we will arrange a replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
